Returns

The customer can return the product purchased at the TOPKIDS.LV store (except underwear, socks and tights) within 14 days from the moment of receipt.

It is very easy to do. First, write us an e-mail or call us at +371 20015929 and request the return of the product. You will need to provide your order number or name.

The product can be returned in the following ways, regardless of whether the product was purchased at our store Via Jurmala or ordered remotely:

At our store Via Jurmala Outlet Village, Jaunā iela 12, Piņki, Babītes pag., LV-2107.

By parcel machine Omniva or DPD. You will receive a shipment code, which will need to be entered at the parcel terminal.

! Please note that the product must be in its original packaging with price tags and must not be used.

When returning an item – please include the delivery note or order email and your account number with the shipment.

The return form is not required, but can be found here.
The money for the returned item will be transferred to your bank account within 2-3 days from the date the item is received at our office.
